About Me

For two decades, I ran a venture consulting practice and have raised over $60m in the technology and transportation markets. I've lived in 12 countries and worked across another 40. Now, I’ve turned my focus to the burgeoning world of longevity.

As Founder and CEO of The Interlude Café, a pioneering startup publishing company in this space, I bring a fresh perspective to aging and longevity, turning it from society's challenge into a major opportunity for innovation. My forthcoming book, 'The New Midlife, further explores these themes, challenging outdated perceptions and proposing new mindsets for living and working well into our later years.

What drives me? Through my global leadership and entrepreneurial experience, I'm dedicated to guiding leaders in creating pioneering products and services for the longevity market.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I hold a European Masters in Management from ESCP Europe, a Dip. de Grande Ecole de Gestion from Paris, and a Dip. Kaufmann from Berlin.

I'm an avid mountaineer and I spend my time with family and friends between Henley-on-Thames - UK, Vancouver - Canada, and Alicante - Spain.

You can discover more about my journey and insights on the principles of Agilism and nonlinear living through my articles and regular newsletter updates
